Kitchen Before and After: A Custom Transformation
There is something especially pleasing about a before-and-after that completely changes how a space looks, feels, and functions. This kitchen is a perfect example.
When we first saw this space, it had good bones but felt dated and lacked storage, flow, and overall functionality that the homeowners needed. The existing kitchen had older cabinetry, limited workspace, and a layout that did not make the most of the room.
Our goal was to create a kitchen that felt custom, intentional, and much better suited for everyday life.
One of the biggest transformations was the new built-in refrigerator wall. By adding full-height cabinetry and a more integrated design, this area is now a true kitchen feature rather than just an overlooked corner. The added storage and built-in look made a huge impact.
We also reworked the range wall and the long cabinet run at the sink, bringing in new cabinetry, updated finishes, and a much more cohesive design throughout the entire space. The combination of painted cabinets, clean backsplash tile, warm wood flooring, and improved layout gave the kitchen a timeless feel while making it far more functional.
What we love most about this project is how every part of the kitchen now works together. The finished space feels brighter, more polished, and much more custom from one end to the other.
It is hard to believe it is the same kitchen.
